Policies & Terms of Use

  • All wigs, frontals, and closures must be dropped off at least 2-3 days before your appointment.
  • Last-minute drop-offs (less than 2 days before) will be charged a $20 rush fee.
  • A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to book.

  • If PAY LATER for E-Transfer option was seleted.

    Send deposit  via E-transfer to: 

    gabhair1@gmail.com. 

    After E-Transfer is completed text the confirmation code and name to 437-600-5700.

     If the deposit isn’t received within 15 minutes, the appointment is canceled.

  • After 15 mins a $15 late fee will be applied 
  • After 30 mins late a $30 late fee will be applied (only if there’s enough time to complete the service)
  • After 30 mins, if there’s not enough time, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled.
  • Same-day rescheduling requires a new deposit.
  • Cancellation requires a new deposit to rebook.
  • You are only allowed to reschedule once.
  • Same-day customization/installation. It’s an additional $40 (if available).
  • No guest allowed.
